How long does the shipping take?
After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within 7-25 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.
Is it possible to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, or hair care products due to hygiene reasons.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
I'd like to cancel my order.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
